This role will involve;
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions for children with hearing loss, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely reporting in line with best practice and organisational standards.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and liaise with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated and family-centred service delivery.
- Contribute to effective parent-professional partnerships, attending relevant case and team meetings to support optimal child and family outcomes.
- Engage in continuous professional development, maintaining SPA membership, participating in supervision, and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Support quality service delivery by participating in research, quality improvement initiatives, student supervision, and professional training delivery as required.
The requirements for this role include;
- A tertiary qualification in Speech/Language- Speech Pathology
- A passion for working with the local community
- You must be registered with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current Australian Drivers License and motor vehicle
Additional Information
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
