Our client is Australia's largest service provider for Deaf, Deafblind, and hard-of-hearing individuals with over 100 years in the industry. Our client offers a range of services, including Auslan interpreting, NDIS support, aged care, and accredited Auslan education. With offices across Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory, as well as staff nationwide, the organisation is dedicated to empowering Deaf Australians and their families.

This role will involve;

  • Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions for children with hearing loss, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely reporting in line with best practice and organisational standards.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and liaise with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated and family-centred service delivery.
  • Contribute to effective parent-professional partnerships, attending relevant case and team meetings to support optimal child and family outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, maintaining SPA membership, participating in supervision, and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Support quality service delivery by participating in research, quality improvement initiatives, student supervision, and professional training delivery as required.

The requirements for this role include;
  • A tertiary qualification in Speech/Language- Speech Pathology
  • A passion for working with the local community
  • You must be registered with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Current Australian Drivers License and motor vehicle


Additional Information
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
