Not for Profit (NFP) organisations operate to ensure that the entirety of their funding is used for the provision of its primary services, not for personal financial gain. NFP (other than those within the NGO sector) also covers a variety of organisations such as unions, clubs, religious groups, or membership based groups which exist purely for the membership base. As a non profit recruitment agency, we work with these organizations to help them find the right talent.

- In compliance with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission
To reach charity status the entire purpose (or mission) of the organisation must fall into at least one of twelve charitable purpose categories. The categories include purposes such as:
- Advancing health, education, social or public welfare
- Promoting human rights and reconciliation
- Preventing the suffering of animals and advancing the natural environment
