We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (Grade 3) to step into a locum opportunity within a supportive aged care service in regional Victoria.

This role is community-focused, working with older adults to promote independence, safety and quality of life at home.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Delivering evidence-based OT assessments and interventions for older adults in the community
  • Supporting clients with mobility, home modifications, equipment prescription and ADL retraining
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, person-centred care
  • Mentoring junior staff and contributing to service development where required
What we’re looking for:
  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (Grade 3 level experience)
  • Some experience in community and aged care services
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
