About the Program:

Your Role:
- Location: Braddon, Canberra (ACT)
- Type: Permanent or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
- Salary: HPA Level 4 (based on experience) up to $130k plus super plus optional salary packaging
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor clinicians
- Guide treatment planning and manage complex cases
- Lead training and professional development
- Promote recovery-focused care and family engagement
- Support service improvement and clinical excellence
- AHPRA-registered Psychologist (with Clinical endorsement)
- Extensive experience in youth mental health, including psychosis
- Leadership, communication, and supervision skills
- Passion for evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
- Current Australian driver’s licence
