This is an opportunity to provide visible, supportive and values-driven leadership within a service undergoing significant growth. You will lead a team of practitioners, providing operational oversight, workforce support, quality and continuous improvement.

- Provide day-to-day operational oversight and ensure service delivery meets relevant standards
- Provide supervision, performance development and workforce support
- Support staff wellbeing within a fast-paced and emotionally demanding environment
- Contribute to service development, continuous improvement and reporting
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Promote inclusive, culturally responsive and trauma-informed practice
- Work closely with managers and senior leaders during a period of service growth
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Counselling or Psychology and membership of a relevant professional association, such as AASW, APS, PACFA or ACA
- Demonstrated team leadership experience, including supervision, performance management and team development
- Experience applying a broad range of therapeutic approaches with individuals, couples, families and/or young people
- Understanding and experience across co-morbidities, addictions and/or gambling counselling
- Current NSW Driver Licence
- Current Working with Children Check and ability to obtain required police checks and clearances
