Experienced clinician required to lead a clinical team in Canberra; focused on working with families

Our client is a values-led clinical service delivering culturally responsive, client-centred therapeutic and behaviour support to children, young people and adults. They are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead / Senior Clinician to provide high-quality therapeutic services while offering supervision and clinical leadership to the team.
About the Role
You will deliver comprehensive assessments, develop client-centred therapeutic goals, collaborate with families and care teams, contribute to Support and Behaviour Support Plans, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. You will also mentor clinicians and provide leadership support as required.

- A Registered or Clinical Psychologist
- Strong assessment, communication and documentation skills
- Relevant compliance checks and access to a registered, insured vehicle
