Our client is currently recruiting for a Quality and Compliance, Team Lead to support aged care services in Frenchs Forest, NSW.

This role will involve:

• Managing, coaching and supporting the Quality & Compliance Team to deliver high-quality outputs and meet organisational priorities
• Promoting a culture where quality, safety, risk and compliance are understood, valued and embedded across all teams
• Supporting employees to make Quality meaningful and relevant in their day-to-day practice
• Upholding customer privacy, dignity, respect, and cultural or religious beliefs, in accordance with their rights
• Delivering safe, effective, person-centred, and connected care that complies with all relevant legislation, standards, and best practice guidelines

They are looking for candidates with:

• Experienced in senior stakeholder management
• Someone who can demonstrate how to develop, review/update and implement organisation policies, procedures etc
• Great organisational skills in maintaining document register and document control processes
• Ability to keep abreast of and research legislative changes, regulatory updates, evidence based practice and industry trends

The requirements for this role include:

• Tertiary qualification in health, human services, social sciences, policy, compliance, auditing or related fields
• Experience in regulatory reporting frameworks (such as Aged Care, NDIS, mental health or similar high governed sector)
• Sound understanding of risk management principles and government systems
