- Managing, coaching and supporting the Quality & Compliance Team to deliver high-quality outputs and meet organisational priorities
- Promoting a culture where quality, safety, risk and compliance are understood, valued and embedded across all teams
- Supporting employees to make Quality meaningful and relevant in their day-to-day practice
- Upholding customer privacy, dignity, respect, and cultural or religious beliefs, in accordance with their rights
- Delivering safe, effective, person-centred, and connected care that complies with all relevant legislation, standards, and best practice guidelines
- Experienced in senior stakeholder management
- Someone who can demonstrate how to develop, review/update and implement organisation policies, procedures etc
- Great organisational skills in maintaining document register and document control processes
- Ability to keep abreast of and research legislative changes, regulatory updates, evidence based practice and industry trends
- Tertiary qualification in health, human services, social sciences, policy, compliance, auditing or related fields
- Experience in regulatory reporting frameworks (such as Aged Care, NDIS, mental health or similar high governed sector)
- Sound understanding of risk management principles and government systems
