PMO and Risk Coordinator

Our client is currently recruiting for a PMO & Risk Coordinator to effectively operate it's PMO and organisational risk management framework at their Head Office in Sydney's Northern Beaches

In this role you will:

  • Coordinating and maintaining PMO systems, tools, registers, dashboards and reporting
  • Supporting the planning, tracking and governance of organisational projects
  • Maintaining organisational and operational risk registers and coordinating risk review cycles
  • Supporting audit, compliance and accreditation readiness (e.g. NDIS, Aged Care, ISO)
  • Preparing accurate project, risk and audit reports for leadership and committees

You are experienced in:

  • Project coordination, PMO support, risk, governance or operations roles
  • Supporting organisational projects, systems or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining registers, documentation and data with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Preparing clear reports, dashboards and summaries for stakeholders
  • Using Microsoft Office and project or management systems (e.g. Smart Sheets)

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Experience supporting PMO, risk management, audit or compliance functions
  • Exposure to regulated or accredited environments (NDIS, Aged Care, ISO or similar)
  • A qualification in project coordination or project management
  • Experience developing process documentation, templates or training materials
  • Background in not‑for‑profit, community services, health, disability or aged care sectors

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confidence working with stakeholders with varying levels of project and risk capability
  • A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset aligned to quality and governance standards
  • High integrity, professionalism and alignment with organisational values
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a values‑driven environment
