Our client is currently recruiting for a NDIS Service Delivery Manager to support in Lutwyche, Brisbane QLD

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on balancing quality service delivery, people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring participants receive safe, person-centred supports while leading teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

This isn't a desk-bound management position. You'll have the autonomy to lead services, coach emerging leaders, strengthen stakeholder relationships, influence workforce planning, and contribute to the continued growth of a respected NDIS provider.

You'll be trusted to create environments where participants can thrive, while ensuring staff are supported, empowered and equipped to provide outstanding care and support. The role combines operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, workforce development and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be empowered to:

• Lead and grow high-quality Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, ensuring exceptional participant outcomes and service excellence
• Drive strategic business development initiatives and build referral pathways that support sustainable organisational growth
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Support Coordinators, hospitals, allied health professionals, families and other key stakeholders
• Lead, mentor and develop Team Leaders and Support Workers to build a high-performing and values-driven workforce
• Champion person-centred practice, ensuring participants are supported to achieve their goals, independence and community inclusion
• Oversee service quality, risk management and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and legislative requirements
• Manage participant admissions, transitions and accommodation vacancy pathways to maximise service opportunities and outcomes
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement, innovation and operational performance across accommodation services

About You:

You are an experienced people leader who understands the balance between operational excellence and genuine person-centred practice.

• Leadership experience within disability, community services, aged care, health or a related sector
• Strong understanding of the NDIS environment and quality standards
• A track record of building engaged and capable teams
• Confidence managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to drive accountability while maintaining a supportive leadership style

The requirements for this role include:

• Academic Qualifications in relevant field
• Queensland Blue Card
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Driver Licence
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Australian working rights
