About the organisation:
A growing NDIS provider delivering personalised disability support across Greater Sydney and beyond, focused on empowering participants to build independence and confidence. What you'll be doing:
- Leading day-to-day operations across NDIS programs including Core Supports and Support Coordination
- Managing and developing Team Leaders and frontline staff to ensure strong service delivery
- Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, audits, and participant plans
- Overseeing workforce planning, rostering, and resource allocation
- Driving continuous improvement in operational systems and participant outcomes
- Supporting SIL operations, including understanding rosters of care and service delivery models
- Proven experience in operations management within disability, community services, or health
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing diverse teams
- Solid understanding of the NDIS framework and compliance requirements
- Exposure to Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Current Driver’s Licence and relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with ShiftCare is advantageous)
- Ability to manage documentation, reporting, and compliance records effectively
- Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or a related field (desirable)
- Office-based role with a strong focus on collaboration and team leadership
