I am looking to speak with experienced and highly skilled Operation Managers to support my client with operational efficiency in providing ethical NDIS services to the community. The role will be based in Arncliffe, Sydney area.

This is a 12 months Fixed Term Contract with high potential to go permanent

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading day-to-day operations across NDIS programs including Core Supports and Support Coordination
  • Managing and developing Team Leaders and frontline staff to ensure strong service delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, audits, and participant plans
  • Overseeing workforce planning, rostering, and resource allocation
  • Driving continuous improvement in operational systems and participant outcomes
  • Supporting SIL operations, including understanding rosters of care and service delivery models
To be successful in your role, you will bring:
  • Proven experience in operations management within disability, community services, or health
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing diverse teams
  • Solid understanding of the NDIS framework and compliance requirements
  • Exposure to Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Some of the other requirements for this role:
  • Current Driver’s Licence and relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with ShiftCare is advantageous)
  • Ability to manage documentation, reporting, and compliance records effectively
  • Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or a related field (desirable)
