This is a pivotal operational role within a growing, values-driven NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across Western Sydney.

As the NDIS Administrator & Rostering Coordinator, you will sit at the heart of service delivery, owning rostering, administration, and compliance while acting as a key connector between participants, support workers, and leadership. Your work will directly influence service quality, workforce stability, and participant experience.

You will be a trusted point of contact for participants, families, support workers, and internal teams, leading and optimising rosters to ensure consistent, reliable support for participants. You will support growth and quality outcomes by maintaining compliance and operational excellence across NDIS processes.

This role will involve
NDIS Administration & Compliance
  • Manage participant records, service agreements, intake documentation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate data across CRM and rostering systems.
  • Support audits, incident reporting, and quality assurance activities.
  • Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, and plan managers.
  • Support onboarding and documentation for support workers.
Rostering, Scheduling & Workforce Coordination
  • Create, manage, and maintain rosters aligned to participant needs and funding.
  • Coordinate shift changes, cancellations, emergency fill-ins, and coverage gaps.
  • Communicate roster updates clearly with support workers and participants.
  • Monitor service hours against budgets and service agreements.
  • Support workforce planning and capacity management.
They are looking for candidates with:
  • 2 + years’ experience in NDIS administration, rostering, or coordination, within the NDIS or disability services sector.
  • A solid understanding of NDIS service delivery and compliance.
  • Experience using rostering and CRM systems (e.g. ShiftCare, CareMaster, Brevity, or similar).
  • Experience supporting NDIS audits or compliance documentation.
  • Understanding of the SCHADS Award and award interpretation.
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger operational picture.
  • A collaborative approach and comfort working closely with leadership teams.
