Our client is currently recruiting for a Manager to lead the PMO and enterprise risk framework at their Head Office in Sydney's Northern Beaches

In this role you will:
- Lead and embed a fit‑for‑purpose Project Management Office (PMO), including methodology, governance, tools and reporting
- Own and strengthen the organisation’s enterprise risk management framework and risk culture
- Provide high‑quality risk, project and governance reporting to the Leadership Team, Finance, Audit & Risk Committee and Board
- Coordinate and support audit, compliance and accreditation readiness across multiple regulatory frameworks
- Partner cross‑functionally to drive consistent, informed decision‑making and continuous improvement
You are experienced in:
- Leading PMO or organisation‑wide project delivery in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
- Enterprise risk management, governance and compliance within regulated or human services sectors
- Preparing board‑level papers, dashboards and insights that support assurance and strategic oversight
- Supporting audits, accreditation processes and regulatory reporting obligations
- Influencing and coaching leaders and teams to uplift capability and accountability
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capability, with an ability to connect risk, strategy and operations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working at executive and board level
- A pragmatic approach to embedding frameworks without over‑engineering
- Advanced digital capability, including reporting, project and risk management systems
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, evolving environment
Bonus points if you are:
- Experienced in aged care, disability, community services or similarly regulated sectors
- Have exposure to accreditation frameworks such as NDIS, Aged Care, ISO or Suicide Prevention
- Background in policy development, document governance or organisational assurance
- Experienced influencing risk culture without direct line management authority
- Aligned with values‑driven, purpose‑led not‑for‑profit organisations
