Our client is a growing disability services provider in Arncliffe, Sydney. They are seeking an experienced professional to deliver end-to-end human resources services.

You will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a safe, participant-focused environment.


You will be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team, enjoy a collaborative culture where your support is highly valued, whilst helping shape the future of disability support in Greater Sydney.

As the HR Officer, you will coordinate recruitment and onboarding for disability support workers and office staff, ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Fair Work legislation, and provide ongoing HR support across the employee lifecycle. You’ll maintain accurate records, support audits, and contribute to a culture of inclusion, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

This role will involve:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and compliance checks for new staff
  • Maintain HR records, monitor training and certification renewals
  • Advise staff and managers on HR policies and employment conditions
  • Support employee wellbeing, performance management, and workplace safety
  • Contribute to policy development and a values-based, inclusive culture
They are looking for candidates with:
  • Previous experience in HR, Recruitment, or People & Culture within disability, community services, or a similar sector
  • Solid organisational skills and is detail-oriented
  • Outstanding communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and participant-focused delivery
Additional Information:
  • Several probity checks will be required
  • This is an on-site position; therefore, hybrid or remote working is not available
