Support the guardianship team with the coordination and administration of guardianship matters involving vulnerable people.

  • Parramatta, Sydney CBD, Wollongong or Gosford
  • $45 + super + salary packaging
  • Full-time 35 hours p/w until February 2027
Our client, a government agency, is seeking experienced casework support workers to join their Guardianship team, supporting Guardians with the coordination and administration of guardianship matters involving vulnerable people.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is confident working across digital systems, documentation and stakeholder communication.

About the role
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Guardians
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with information gathering and follow-ups
  • Prepare correspondence and documentation
  • Liaise with families, service providers, NSW Health, NDIS and other stakeholders
  • Assist with meetings, diary coordination and competing priorities

About you
  • Strong administration and technical skills with exposure to the social services sector
  • Confident using digital systems and software e.g Sales Force, TRIM or digital contact centre systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience across community services, disability, health, aged care, legal administration or government will be highly regarded
  • Current driver's licence
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
  • Must provide the details of two referees who have directly supervised you
