Working with individuals living with intellectual and/or psychosocial disabilities, you will:
- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments
- Develop, implement and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Deliver person-centred behaviour support and therapeutic interventions
- Work collaboratively with families, support teams and key stakeholders
- Provide training, coaching and clinical guidance using evidence-based approaches
- Support participants to achieve meaningful goals and positive outcomes
- Registration as a Core Behaviour Support Practitioner or eligibility to meet NDIS requirements
- Experience completing functional assessments and behaviour support plans
- Qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Nursing, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, Developmental Education or a related discipline
- A strong commitment to person-centred practice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- A current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
