Compliance Manager - Barnardos Talent Acquisition
Martina is the abrs Compliance Manager – Barnardos Talent Acquisition. She studied at the International Management Institute Lucerne Switzerland, after which she dedicated 15 years to hotel management.
She also worked in education recruitment as a recruitment resourcer and registrations officer before joining abrs in 2017.
Her career shift into social care recruitment was inspired by several years teaching children with special needs and volunteer work with orphans.
As Compliance Manager for Barnardos Talent Acquisition, she finds her work very rewarding knowing that we are instrumental at placing the right people in varied roles to care for vulnerable children.
