Karen is the abrs Defence Account Manager is an experienced recruiter of plus 14 years with a management background and industry knowledge focused in education and medical recruitment.
Before transitioning for the last 4 years into community services recruitment she was a Senior Account Manager for the Australian Defence Force.
She now specialise in recruiting psychologists, counsellors and social workers to work with defence members and their families across the country.
She is also working with mental health clients located nationally to support the recruitment of psychologists and mental health clinicians for a variety of NFPs, private practices and specialist child trauma organisations.
