Emma brings over 10 years of recruitment experience across agency and internal talent acquisition roles, with a background spanning pharmaceutical, medical, government, and not-for-profit sectors. Now focused exclusively on the Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) and Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) space at abrs, Emma supports organisations working at the frontline of some of Australia’s most critical social issues.

Emma understands the urgency, complexity, and workforce pressures faced by DFV and AOD services. She is deeply committed to partnering with services to secure skilled, sector-ready professionals who are aligned to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and child-safe practice.
