Our Client, a leading community not-for-profit services provider in the local St Ives region,  is currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team based in St Ives and surrounds. 
This role will involve;
  • Conduct in-person assessments to evaluate patients' abilities and challenges.
  • Create tailored treatment plans and strategies to help patients overcome obstacles.
  • Evaluate and recommend environmental modifications, including at work or home.
  • Instruct patients on exercises and techniques for daily application, while advising on supportive technical equipment like GEAT2Go.
The requirements for this role include;
  • Fully registered with AHPRA with a minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably with community clients and experience in PAS and Clinical Assessments.
  • Fully vaccinated and possessing knowledge of Palliative Care (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills to convey detailed patient information to colleagues effectively
Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
