Our Client, is a not-for-profit community organisation specialising in home and community-based support services for aged care clients, individuals with disabilities, and their carers from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. As a Registered NDIS Provider, they deliver a range of services across Sydney’s Inner West, Southwest, and Southeast regions, with an expanding presence in Northern and Western Sydney. The organisation is committed to empowering individuals by providing personalised, high-quality care that promotes independence and well-being.

  
This role will involve;

  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop treatment plans that enhance clients’ independence and safety at home.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered therapy services.
  • Provide clinical guidance and oversee external occupational therapy providers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and actively participate in service planning and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Offer professional support to team members and stay updated with best practices through continuous professional development.
  
The requirements for this role include;
  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • You must be registered with AHPRA
  • Experience with adult caseloads and exposure to NDIS, My Aged Care and other community based funding models
  • Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients is preferred- bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
  
Additional Information 
  • A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
