This role will involve;
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop treatment plans that enhance clients’ independence and safety at home.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered therapy services.
- Provide clinical guidance and oversee external occupational therapy providers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and actively participate in service planning and quality improvement initiatives.
- Offer professional support to team members and stay updated with best practices through continuous professional development.
The requirements for this role include;
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- You must be registered with AHPRA
- Experience with adult caseloads and exposure to NDIS, My Aged Care and other community based funding models
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients is preferred- bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
Additional Information
- A number of probity checks are required including holding a current working with children and undertaking a National police checks.
